After typing your name on a type layer and adding a large copyright symbol as a shape layer, you can add any kind of bevel or embossed style to your personalized watermark. To give a transparent look to each layer, you lower the Fill opacity, which only affects the fill pixels, leaving the beveled areas appearing like a glass overlay.
